Chapter.78 04/25/2024 Deep Space Domain Lord's Weekly Journal

Hey everyone, it's time for another weekly journal update!

This week felt incredibly productive! Not only did I do a Live2D homework stream (we had some great chats!), but I also finally beat that mountain climbing game! Even though I didn't clear it on my second try, I still got to show everyone my usual practice skills. I also practiced Sonic with Xiantu and the gang—we're probably going to join an event together later on, so look forward to it!

Off-stream, I was keeping super busy too—like working on all that homework I'm still trying to catch up on lol.

I also edited the 3.0 reveal highlight reel. It was originally cut down to half an hour, but I successfully condensed it to just 11 minutes! I only added simple transitions and subtitles, so it's a bit of a bummer I didn't get to add cool special effects or sound effects this time, but I'll definitely give that a try next time!

On top of finishing and uploading the highlight video, I finally cleared out my downloads folder that was piling up with assets! Everything is perfectly organized now, and it feels just as refreshing as deep-cleaning my room. By the way, I found this amazing app called Eagle that I highly recommend for managing huge amounts of images and assets. The interface is super clean, and it's way better than the default file explorer. The previews are crisp, and you can quickly search for assets—even by color! It's an incredibly powerful tool. They offer a 30-day free trial, and after that, it's a very affordable one-time purchase. Absolute lifesaver! Definitely give it a try.

I've also been getting into K-pop girl groups lately and discovered two that I absolutely love: BABYMONSTER and Kiss of Life. Their vocals, songs, and stage presence are amazing, and each member has such a unique charm. I highly recommend checking out their performances! I've had their songs on repeat while doing my homework XD.

By the way, have you guys noticed me posting more frequently lately? (Or just putting more effort into my socials in general?) I personally feel like my overall vibe and energy levels have been 30% to 40% better since the 3.0 reveal. However, I do still feel a little drained sometimes—my social battery depletes pretty fast lol, so I probably need a bit more time to fully adjust. Honestly, it just gives me even more respect for VTubers who can maintain that high-energy schedule consistently XD.
