Chapter.72 02/29/2024 Deep Space Lord's Weekly Journal

Hey everyone! It's time for our weekly journal update!

Today is February 29th, a day that only comes around once every four years! I can't believe our journal entry happened to land right on Leap Day this year. Sending out good vibes for this special day!

The weather's gotten pretty chilly lately, but surprisingly, the mosquitoes aren't showing any signs of going away. The temperature swings haven't felt this extreme in previous years, making me wonder if the apocalypse is actually right around the corner. Do you guys ever worry about the end of the world? Massive global shifts would definitely turn life as we know it upside down.

I've heard YouTube has been acting up again lately, but I noticed the layout for vertical streams on my end actually got fixed! Speaking of which, my video stats kept getting slashed after my streams ended, so I reached out to YouTube support. They basically told me they can't fix it because the data drops are handled by the algorithm and can't be manually overridden. But humans tweak algorithms all the time, right? Every platform prioritizes different things in their algorithms, but I really hope YouTube starts leaning more into live streaming—or at least makes their algorithm and interface a bit friendlier for streamers.

I wrote that last paragraph around 5:00 PM, and now I'm typing this at 8:00 PM. I've got a crazy case of the hiccups right now—someone save me! T_T

Here's the new keyboard I mentioned last time! Isn't the color gorgeous? Because I also switched to a new input method, I keep making typos. But the keys have this really fun, soft feel to them, making it super fast to backspace and retype. It's definitely going to be a lot quieter when I type, too.

And here's the chair from last time! It actually reclines, but my room doesn't have enough space for that right now, so I have to tilt it sideways to lean back. Aside from it getting a little warm, it's been great so far! P.S. I think the massage feature is completely useless, haha.

Lately, I've been rewatching some of my favorite old variety shows, and just kicking back in this chair has been pure bliss! However, my time management slipped a bit and my procrastination kicked in, so my whole March is going to be insanely busy. I'll probably be hosting a bunch of co-working streams to drag you all into working alongside me, LOL.
