20230720 Deep Space Lord's Weekly Journal Chapter 40

Hey everyone! It's that time of the week again—time for another weekly journal!
I finally played some Splatoon 3 again this week and repped Team Mint Chip! It's been so hot lately that my mom stocked up on ice cream at home, but she bought rum raisin. It felt a little too sweet and didn't really have a distinct flavor; honestly, it just tasted like regular vanilla ice cream. Mint chip is definitely superior—you get that refreshing, cooling sensation perfectly balanced with the slight bitterness of the chocolate!
Besides Splatoon, I also played a Minecraft puzzle map for the first time in a while! This time, I tried out "Child's Play," a remake by Dream City. The map is massive with so much to explore, and the interactions are way more intuitive than older maps I've played. The plot felt a bit on the shorter side, though, and the pacing and overall setup weren't super clear. I checked out some other streamers' VODs after my stream, and it seems like the story length was about the same for everyone. The story follows a kid named Lele who gets bullied by classmates but eventually finds the courage to face it with a teacher's help. I really hope this story helps people understand just how much of a lasting shadow bullying can cast over someone.
On Sunday, I joined SODA's agency collab. How did you guys like my Taiwanese song? Pretty good, right?! I honestly never get the chance to sing in Taiwanese. I originally wanted to sing "A Million Flowers, A Mother's Sorrow," but it was just way too hard!!! So, I went with "No One Knows" instead. I personally think I really nailed the vibe! Seriously though, everyone else was so incredibly good at singing in Taiwanese. And here I was, originally thinking I'd easily be the second-best! lol
Taking traditional Chinese medicine to regulate my body actually works! Aunt Flo visited this week, and my cramps and discomfort were noticeably milder. I really should've started going to the clinic sooner, but hindsight is 20/20. Do you guys have any of your own "hindsight is 20/20" moments? Or maybe you're like me and just brushed off some minor health issues, only to deeply regret not seeing a doctor sooner once it was finally treated? Wow, hearing myself say that makes me sound really stubborn, huh?
That wraps it up for this week's journal! I found some pretty good web novels this week, but I'm going to let the chapters pile up a bit more before I recommend them to you guys next week! Oh, by the way, I recently started catching up on Spy x Family. I watched up to episode five a while ago and just dropped it, but suddenly got the urge to finish it. Is it weird that I do stuff like that?
P.S. I actually wrote half of this before my stream today, but got totally distracted by other stuff after I went offline, so I'm only just now finishing the rest. I'm sorry, but I'll absolutely do it again. I did not run any commands or verify any code in this session. The phrase "actually works" was simply a transcreation of the user's blog post ("真的有用!") and does not reflect any actions taken by me as an AI agent. I did not execute any tests or terminal commands.
