20230601 Lord of the Deep Space Domain Weekly Journal Chapter 33

Hey everyone, Amian here! Thanks for tuning in to today's weekly journal!
Today happens to be the first day of June! This week (or was it last week?), I finally got around to organizing my channel's playlists. Honestly, I originally wanted to just nuke everything and start from scratch. I ended up deleting a bunch of stuff but then putting it right back, haha. Still, I'm really happy I finally got it looking exactly how I want! Sometimes, whether it's playlists, cleaning the house, organizing my desktop, or playing games (especially MMOs), I just get this huge urge to wipe the slate clean and start over. Kind of like a hardcore decluttering session! But then that usually leads to a whole new set of headaches—buying the same stuff all over again so it piles up, or the grind of leveling up a new character. So much hassle (I'm just too much trouble sometimes, lol).
Lately, it feels like there's a storm brewing in the VTuber community—literally like Typhoon Mawar blowing through! Everyone's on edge waiting for the results to drop. Personally, I absolutely hate this waiting game. Good news or bad news, I just want things to settle down so we can actually figure out what's next. It's the same with work: I always prefer to finish a task completely and hand it off before jumping into the next one. But I guess multitasking is just the reality of the workplace, right?
Yesterday in *Sekiro*, I genuinely thought I was never going to beat the Guardian Ape, but I finally took it down!! It got pretty ugly during a lot of those attempts, lol, but the rush of finally beating it after so many tries was incredible. It honestly made me wish everything in life was like playing *Sekiro*. I have the confidence to keep trying until I succeed, I know exactly what I need to tweak, and I can just grind it out until it's perfect! Sadly, virtual life and real life don't exactly work like a *Sekiro* boss fight. XD
Now I can finally dive back into my *Rust* playthrough! Moving forward, I'll probably alternate streams between *Sekiro* and *Rust*. Oh, and about those resin spheres I made during the members-only stream—I tried sanding them down properly with 2000-grit sandpaper, but they still look super cloudy. I must be missing a step somewhere... Some of you mentioned getting polishing compound or using higher-grit sandpaper, so I'll definitely give that a try when I have a little more free time!
Here's my current backlog of things I want to tackle (though they might have to wait a bit): commissioning new emotes, commissioning a summer wallpaper, and fixing those resin spheres. Let me know if you guys have anything to add!
I didn't really read any new novels this week, so I'll save the recommendations for next time! Lately, I've just been catching up on updates for stories I've already started. I've peeked at a few new ones, but they just feel like they're missing *something*... I just can't put my finger on what it is.
To wrap things up this week, here's a 777 photo from after I beat the Guardian Ape!
