20230427 Deep Space Domain Lord Weekly Journal Chapter 28

Hey everyone! It's Mian here, and I've been having a blast watching streams today! Welcome to weekly journal #28!

Going for a minimalist vibe this week! (I talked way too much last week!)

First up, a few announcements!

1. Friday at 8:30 PM! It's been a while since we had a free-talk stream. I'll just be chatting softly (though I might end up talking at warp speed).

1. Saturday at 8:30 PM! Official site members-only stream. I'm going to practice and sing some songs! (I really love the OP and ED from Oshi no Ko!!!)

1. I'm planning to collect lines for the voice-acting stream on May 6th, and the stream itself will be on May 20th! This is one of my punishment games from Getting Over It.

1. Other punishment games I still owe you guys: Sekiro NG+ with the Demon Bell, the voice-acting stream, 5MA back-to-back (in video format), and Pogostuck!

1. This month's members-only voice pack!

If I missed anything, please let me know QQ.

We're almost in May! It's tax season, and the "May blues" might be hitting hard. It's totally fine to feel a bit lazy sometimes, just make sure to work hard once you've rested up! Also, good luck to all the students taking major exams soon—I hope you pass with flying colors! You've got this! Good luck studying!

I recharged a lot of energy this week by watching streams. I also watched episode 3 of the Oshi no Ko anime (damn, I really need to find time to catch up on the manga!). Plus, I got some amazing news: my favorite girl group, (G)I-DLE, is making a comeback! May 15th at 5:00 PM Taiwan time! NEW MUSIC!!! I absolutely loved their teasers; every single outfit looks incredible. They seem to be going for an American sweetheart vibe this time around, and I can't wait to see what kind of concept their new song will deliver.

I also listened to a few tracks by BTS's SUGA this week. I really love the lyrics to his song "Haegeum." There's a line that goes, "Freedom of expression could be the reason for someone's death," and it's just so well written. The melody and beat are sick too! If you're in the mood for some rap, definitely give this one a listen.

My novel recommendation for this week is "My Little Sister Can't Be This Dog." It's an Inuyasha fanfic where Inuyasha gets reincarnated as a girl. It's still ongoing, and I really love how the author rewrote his childhood—it feels like it heals all the trauma from his early years. Before I knew it, I was caught up to the latest chapter (waiting for updates is pure agony!).

Alright, see you guys in next week's journal! Good night, everyone!
