Hi everyone!

First diary entry of 2024!

Here are some photos from my hot springs trip!

My body and mind have both been a mess lately, so right now I'm really focused on taking care of myself.

Someday, shut-in me is finally going to step outside!?

The goal is to spend the winter getting my health and stamina back up, so that by spring I can start getting out into nature, healthy and strong!

Maybe hiking, maybe walking, maybe camping, who knows.

I might share some photos, or a travel postcard, or... maybe even a live stream?

I haven't fully figured out how this fits into my VTuber activities yet, but I'm going to give it my best shot!

A while back Hongmei visited the fae realm, and we went to the hot springs together!

After the Liv-Sofia hot springs date, this time it was the Sofia-Hongmei hot springs date 🥰

(I feel like I keep inviting girls to hot springs with me... is that going to get me labeled as "the VTuber who's always asking female VTubers to the hot springs"? 😭)

We wore yukata together~

Does everyone know the difference between a kimono and a yukata?

And if you know that, do you know the difference between a hot-springs-inn yukata and a regular yukata?

The short version: a regular yukata is trickier to put on — folding, tying the sash, all that.

A hot-springs-inn yukata, you just slip it on and tie the belt, done!

(Is that too brief an explanation? I'll try to add pictures next time if I remember!)

The drink was matcha amazake~

Amazake isn't actually alcoholic, by the way, so even kids can drink it!

This one just had such strong matcha flavor that you couldn't really taste the amazake much~

I forgot the name of the Japanese sweet on the left

The outside is shaped like a little bell, and it's filled with red bean paste — goes great with matcha!
