Besides my usual weekly watch, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, here's what else I've been keeping up with this season...

The hit show of the season — [Oshi No Ko]!

The OP and ED are both amazing, and you can really feel how much love the production team poured into the animation.

Even having already read the manga, every episode still feels fresh.

A cozy, feel-good pick — Edomae Elf!

Basically it's the story of a high school shrine maiden and the total shut-in elf living at her family's shrine.

As a fae myself, I always keep an eye out for any new-season anime featuring fae characters~

My top pick this season though — Heavenly Delusion!

It might be because it's a Disney+ exclusive here, but it doesn't seem to be getting as much buzz online as it deserves.

I ended up binging all the way to the latest episode, episode nine, in one sitting, and then went and read the original manga too.

It is SO SO good.

Both the manga and the anime are fantastic, and I love the contrast between the two storylines — the dystopia in "Heaven" and the post-apocalyptic journey through the "Delusion."

The anime's production quality is gorgeous, and it actually makes the manga's foreshadowing easier to follow. Highly, highly recommend it!

Speaking of which, The Witch from Mercury is wrapping up soon too...!!
