Lunar New Year Is Rough on Us Homebodies

This year the whole family got together for two straight days of New Year celebrations
and honestly, it wore me out.
My family, counting everyone from the older generation down to the grandkids, was probably over 20 people?
And I was in charge of cooking for all of them.
The older generation insisted we needed pork, chicken, beef, AND fish, plus turnip cake, appetizers, soup...
and some of the elders are vegetarian too, so I had to make vegetarian dishes on top of everything!
In the end I made the entire spread completely by myself~
and by the time I got home, my body was basically done for...
Sore absolutely everywhere...
But hey, it's New Year's~
Gotta enjoy it!
Wishing everyone a happy new year too!
